INKIVO THE GIFT SHOP uses the name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and customization files you provide to prepare and fulfil your order, contact you and resolve support requests. Your browser may store cart and customization information locally so you can continue shopping.
Service providers
Order records and artwork are stored using Supabase and our website runs on Vercel. Razorpay handles online payment processing and Resend sends order confirmation emails. Delivery providers receive the information necessary to deliver your order. We do not ask you to enter card details directly into our own order form.
Your artwork
Uploaded photographs, logos and text are used to fulfil your customization request. Upload only content you are entitled to use and share. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
Retention and requests
We retain order information and artwork as needed for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for an unresolved transaction.
