Ordering
These terms apply to orders placed with INKIVO THE GIFT SHOP. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Prices and available stock are displayed on the product page; the final total is shown before submission. Keep your order number for all enquiries.
Customization and approval
You are responsible for checking the final spelling, text, size, selected sides, artwork and placement before submitting your order. You must have permission to use uploaded photographs, logos and other content. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
Preview and production
Preview images illustrate placement. Screen colours, materials and product enhancements may cause differences in the finished product. This does not remove your rights if the delivered product is defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order.
Payment and confirmation
Online payments are processed through Razorpay and require successful verification. A cancelled or processing payment is not confirmation of payment. Contact support if you are unsure whether a payment succeeded before attempting payment again.
Delivery and cancellation
Shipping is free within Kerala and nearby border areas. For other locations, a small delivery charge will be communicated by email or phone after you place your order. We will proceed only after you agree to the charge. Expected delivery is 3–4 working days after confirmation. Support and disputes
Contact us promptly with your order number if there is a problem. We will review your concern and work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable law.
