Where shipping is free
Shipping and courier delivery are free within Kerala and nearby Kerala border areas. Border-area eligibility is confirmed using your delivery address.
Delivery outside these areas
A small delivery charge applies to other locations. After you place your order, we will notify you of the amount by email or phone. We will proceed with your order only after you agree to the delivery charge.
Estimated delivery
Expected delivery is 3–4 working days after order confirmation, including your agreement to any applicable delivery charge. This is an estimate; production, courier delays and an incomplete delivery address can affect arrival.
Delivery assistance
Provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. If your product has not arrived after 5 days, send your order number, name and delivery address to customer support. We will check the status and update you.
