We can help with customization, payments, cancellations and delivery. Send your order number, name and delivery address when asking about an existing order.
Shipping is free within Kerala and nearby border areas. For other locations, we will share a small delivery charge by email or phone after you place your order and proceed only after you agree. Expected delivery is 3–4 working days after confirmation. If your order has not arrived after 5 days, contact us for an update.
If a payment is cancelled or processing, contact support before making another payment. A processing payment requires verification before the order can be confirmed.
